Kerstin Bauer is distinguished by her vocal versatility. She captivates audiences equally as a classically trained soprano and pop/rock singer.

 

Kerstin is a soloist and backing vocalist with the band Rockwood and the production The Stars of Rock - The Ultimate Tribute Show. She also sings in the classical vocal ensemble cantus aureus. Kerstin regularly performs with numerous orchestras and bands, including the SAP Symphony Orchestra since 2019.

 

The singer received her classical vocal training at the Cologne University of Music and Dance and the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. She has received a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for artistic training in the USA and a Bayreuth scholarship from the Richard Wagner Association. Kerstin has performed numerous operatic roles and was part of the ensemble in Webber's musical The Phantom of the Opera, the original German production at the Metronom Theater Oberhausen.
