General terms and conditions of the SAP Sinfonieorchester gGmbH

 

§1 scope

 

The following general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships between the SAP Sinfonieorchester gGmbH and the visitors to the performances of their organizers. They are part of the contract for the purchase of admission tickets.

 

§2 Acquisition of admission tickets via our internet admission ticket shop on our homepage

 

(1) Tickets can only be purchased online. The quotas made available for sales for online orders depend on actual availability. The visitor has the option of paying for the cards purchased online with PayPal and PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or direct debit. The card will be sent after completion of the payment with PayPal by email to the PayPal email address stored by PayPal

 

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with the respective organizer of the venue

 

(2) The SAP Sinfonieorchester gGmbH is not a contractual partner, but only acts as an intermediary. The contract is concluded with the organizer of the respective concert. This can be found on the print on the ticket you want and on the document that can be viewed when ordering

 

(3) The stated prices for admission tickets do not include statutory sales tax.

 

(4) The presentation of seats and admission tickets in our Internet admission ticket shop on our homepage https://www.sap-sinfonieorchester.de/tickets does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to submit offers Submit ticket orders to the respective organizer. By ordering the desired tickets, the visitor submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with the organizer.
The ordering process in our internet ticket shop goes through the following steps:

    (mandatory according to § 10 of the Corona ordinances)

  4. Check the information in the order list

  5. Confirmation of the organizer's hygiene and event rules

  6. Confirm the terms and conditions by clicking the button "I have read the terms and conditions and have taken note of them".

  7. Click on the "Pay" button. (Payment process takes place via PayPal, direct debit, credit card)

  8. Order confirmation and sending of the tickets by email

 

(5) After checking his details, the visitor can also cancel the order before the binding submission. By clicking the button "Cancel and return to the ticket shop of the SAP Symphony Orchestra" on the PayPal checkout page, the order and the payment process at PayPal are canceled.

 

(6) We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated order confirmation and an order confirmation email, which contains the admission tickets intended for printing in the file attachment. When paying via PayPal, you will also receive information from PayPal about the execution of your payment.

 

(7) The order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order or to the address you provided with PayPal in the case of payment via PayPal. If you have not received an email, please contact us directly at

(8) Orders are considered in the order in which they are received.

 

§ 3 retention of title

 

The organizer retains ownership of the tickets until the purchase price has been paid in full. If no payment is made after two calendar days or if the payment process is canceled by PayPal, the order will be canceled and the tickets will be put back on sale.

 

§ 4 Use of the admission tickets

 

(1) Please bring a printout of each ticket you received to the event, fill out your respective confirmation for Corona information and sign it. The cards must be shown to the staff at the entrance control at the entrance without being asked.

 

(2) Please note that each admission ticket is only valid for the event printed on it. The admission ticket printed out by the visitor must not show any damage, soiling or other impairments that make or impede the admission control when used at the entrance control. The ticket is only valid for one-time admission and is validated with the first inspection.

 

(3) Duplication, copying and modification of the admission ticket or any further electronic processing of the PDF file is expressly prohibited.

 

(4) If the entry ticket is lost, the visitor can be issued a one-time replacement ticket. The replacement card must be requested in writing and can only be issued if the visitor can substantiate which card he has booked (exact location and row information). In the case of double occupancy, the owner of the replacement card has priority over the owner of the original card.

 

§ 5 Performance Conditions

 

(1) The decision as to whether a performance will be canceled or will take place due to the weather can only be made immediately at the scheduled start of the performance. It is not possible to provide information in advance. A decision about the cancellation can be made a maximum of 3 days before the date of the event.

 

(2) If an event has to be canceled after 30 minutes of performance due to weather conditions, there is no entitlement to reimbursement or repetition. Rain ponchos are available in changeable weather

 

(3) In the event of too heavy rain, thunderstorms or storms, the event can also be canceled at short notice.

(4) The return of paid admission tickets is excluded.

§ 7 right of withdrawal of the visitor as a consumer:

 

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party authorized to accept receipt of the admission tickets has been received.

The revocation is to be sent to the agent SAP Sinfonieorchester gGmbH, Simferopolstraße 6, 69115 Heidelberg, z. You are responsible for providing evidence of timely receipt of your declaration of cancellation.

Consequences of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the admission tickets.

§ 8 sound and / or image recordings

 

(1) Sound and / or image recordings by visitors are not permitted due to copyright law and possible disruptions to the artists and the public without the express permission of the SAP Sinfonieorchester gGmbH. We would like to point out that in the event of non-compliance, a visitor can be excluded from the demonstration without the right to a refund.

 

(2) Insofar as film, image and sound material is recorded by or for the organizer or by representatives of the press and media during the presentation, the visitor expresses his consent by entering the audience area that irrevocably all rights for any use and Publication on the film, image and sound recordings made on the respective day of the presentation are transferred to the organizer or the press and media representatives and, in particular, agrees to publish them

As part of the Baden-Württemberg ordinance, we are obliged to collect data from contact details during the current corona pandemic. Your data is therefore collected on the basis of Section 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter c, Paragraph 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation. This data is only used by the competent authority to track contact persons if necessary. We must keep the data for four weeks and then destroy them.

 

Your person-related data for the personalized admission tickets will be stored for up to four weeks after the event date.

 

2. Necessity of data collection

The provision of the personal data collected from you is necessary for the sale and administration of the tickets. Without this data, the tickets cannot be managed in a meaningful way.

 

3. Consent of the data subject

Insofar as we process personal data based on your consent, you can revoke this consent in whole or in part at any time with effect for the future. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data up to the point of revocation.
